I use a K2 as my CW main station rig and find it works very well. If
comparison with a Japanese "black box" is anything to go by, it's far better
on CW than my TS570DG.

Is it worth saving up to buy the K2 instead of the K1? The receiver in a K1
is weaker than a K2 and you can have all the HF bands.
