This is asking for a LOT.  Heck, I brought my K2 to my radio club and when
I told them that there would be a replacement lid that included a 100w PA,
they had a hard time beliving that something like that could be worked
into a kit.  About the only 100W radios smaller than the K2/100 would be
the IC-706, the FT-100, and the TS-50 - none of which includes a ATU.

There have been hints that there will eventually be an Elecraft 100W atu
that would fit in an EC2 case.  I haven't heard anything definite about
this though.
