[Elecraft] am building K1-4 as "newby". I need advice on debugging help

I have finished 2 phases of building a K1-4 kit: the KFL1-4 option and
the Front Panel phase. I am very new at this (25+ years since I last
practiced as a "HAM". The KFL1-4 was my first task. It was a trying
experience. I just finished the Front Panel part with few problems (I
think). I can't get the resistance measurements to work for the KFL1-4
option. 

My question is: How can I get some technical assistance on "debugging"
my KFL1-2 module? I am open to all options. I hope that I have my
"sea-legs" now with many of the building tricks and techniques if
kit-building.

I retired a year and a half ago and am trying to get back into this
hobby. Many thanks for any advise.
