[Elecraft] K1 BUILER ALERT: RFC8 Installation and Voltage Checks

We recently revised the K1 assembly manual. If your manual is revision F
(dated Jan. 24, 2002), you'll need to make the following correction:

On page 30, at the top of the right column, is a section titled "DC
Voltage Checks." Above this title, write "Install RFC8 first--page 31,
right column, 7th step."

If RFC8 is not installed at this point, some of the DC voltage checks at
the bottom of page 30 will not be correct. (This was discovered by
K7ZH--thanks, Duane.)
