Kevin,

The K2 audio output is designed to feed a low impedance headset - about 32
ohms is ideal.
But, the Heil headset may have sufficient sensitivity to work just fine -
try it and see what happens.
If you get inadequate audio, you could use an audio transformer to step up
the impedance, but that is a bit of trouble - OTOH, if you really like the
headset, it may not be too much trouble.
