I'm doing it the cheap way.  I have MS-Publisher on my laptop, so I did up
my own cards and print them on my little laser printer on Avery post cards.
I do trim them so they're at the generally accepted 3 1/2 inches tall, but
over-all it's been very simple.  I can print a few at a time, as I need
them.  If you'd like to see what I did, I just put a PDF copy up on my web
site (http://www.qsl.net/n9ik/n9ik%20qsl.PDF.  If that link doesn't work, go
to www.qsl.net/n9ik, then click on the "My Shack" button, then on the only
link you see on that page.  I noticed that when I dumped the qsl card to a
PDF file, for some reason there's a vertical line just to the right of the
ARRL logo - that isn't normally there.
