Has anyone worked or heard Carsten  3V8SM from
Tunisia? -- active   Feb. 11th to Feb. 18th, and during  the contest
this weekend.  DX bulletin from ARRL has him being active.

Reported earlier on this reflector back on Feb. 4th.
