It should work.  It will not exceed a full size antenna, no compromise
antenna does. But if CC&R keeps you from having something visible from the
street , this will hide behind a privacy fence.  But so will a Gap Titan, if
you use the tilt over kit, or make your own tilt over from angle irons from
Home Depot!  I have been involved with development of an even smaller
footprint compact antenna and it works great on the only ham band we built
it for, 10m  Details will be published after patent issues are settled.
