[Elecraft] Digest Format in Microsoft Outlook

Tom, I didn't do anything to my version of Microsoft Outlook (Outlook 98) at
all and all digests come as one big message.  Do you have something like
Spam Weasel or some other anti-spam program running?  I don't know that this
would affect your receipt of mail in anyway, but it might be one place to
look, though I'm not sure how it would get a single digest and break it up
into separate pieces and then attach it to a message!
