[Elecraft] K2 # 2448 problems

Dear All,

Attempted to do the transmit allignment today, ran into a few problems:

80m, 40m and 10Mhz bands fine, power can be brought to level.

All bands above 10Mhz (upto 10m), power will not go above 0.2W no matter is 
adjusted!

Any suggestions, apart from the obvious check values and solder joints 
etc..?

Also, the S meter calbiration does not seem to work so well. When I do the 
'S HI' calibration, following the instructions on page 84 (rev C manual) the 
right most bargraph segement doesn't go out even if the number is set to 
one!

But, looking at the first s-meter calibration you do when you complete stage 
one construction (page 46 rev C manual), it says to adjust the VFO until the 
9th segment just go off and the tenth one comes on (right most).

Aren't the methods supposed to be the same?
