May I make a suggestion for those that can't put up antenna's.  Install
an antenna and coax on your vehicle with a quick disconnect.  You can use
multi band coils to get more bands for the buck.  Run coax from your apt.
or garage or where ever to the automobile and use a barrel to connect to
the mobile antenna.  When ready to go CL just disconnect the antenna and
roll up the coax.  For those that forget to disconnect the coax, make
sure you use a very long feed line.
