[Elecraft] Gotta be CB!

Hi:

Remember the CW problem with the audio filter, R1 and R2 were full CW for
peak, well I just built a second audio filter and put it in the same K2 and
have the same problem.  I don�t think that the filters are both bad but I
probably made an error on the control board.  Any ideas where to look first?
The mods to the control board are so simple, and looking at it everything
seems fine.  Any ideas?
