[Elecraft] Results of the EC1 design contest

The votes have been counted in our EC1 enclosure design contest. The
three winning entries are (in no particular order):

  Ken Lotts, AA7JC          Balanced automatic antenna tuner
  Leo Starrenburg, PA5LS    Steam-engine power supply (that's not a typo)
  Joe Loritz, N9ZIA         Antenna analyzer (up to 900 MHz)

We'll be sending EC1 enclosure kits to Ken, Leo, and Joe. With any luck,
they'll actually build their planned projects. We're hoping to post full
details on these and track their progress (don't worry, guys, you have a
full month to finish them).

Many other interesting entries were submitted, making it difficult to
choose the top three. We'd like to thank everyone who entered. And by
all means send us photos of your completed (or in-progress EC1 or EC2 projects.
