[Elecraft] Frequency shift on K2 display

I found that a "light touch" on the knob can be obtained by careful
positioning of the knob on the shaft -- just close enough to the felt pad to
barely touch it. This makes the knob spin-able, but still dampens its
rotation enough to keep it from running away or slipping back.
