[Elecraft] PLL works only on 40M

I am completing my K2#1959. Everything ok until now. It works on 40 meters,
but in the alignment and test, part III, the oscillator works only on 40
meters, on the other bands, it jumps into some frequentie on that band, but
it will not tune, the frequentie jumps up and down when I turn the knob. The
display-readings are normal, only the frequentie at TP-1 is jumping and wil
not follow the smoothnes of the display.
What to do, look for ?
