[Elecraft] PSK

Hi

Has anyone used the Rascal 1-KW with the K2 for PSK31? I have no problems 
receiving but can't seem to transmit. The speech compression is set at 1:1 
and AGC set to slow and I've set the volume controls every which way but to 
no avail...can't get any reading on the wattmeter. Have tried Digipan and 
WinPKS. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
