Sure thing, you've got WAOF syndrome -- "weird at one frequency" is a well
known and documented problem (of minor proportions!).  Go here

and find out how to cure it and what causes it.  By the way, though I
followed the instructions there, it didn't clear up my WAOF problem, but,
hey, everything else works, so I'm not complaining!
