[Elecraft] K1 flickering ATTN LED with new KBT-1

I also just installed the KBT-1 in my K1 (#1065), just about a half hour
ago.  I just checked, setting my display "Battery Voltage", and guess what?
My "ATTN" led is also flickering.  Now that my lights are dimmed on my shack
I notice it; earlier with my light all on I did not notice the flicker.
