[Elecraft] Assembly so far so good and a question about Voltage on U1 of Control Board

Part 1 - Success! I put the control panel, front panel and RF panel
together for part 1 of the calibration and completed all the tests
successfully. One test result concerned me, however, and this was the
test of voltage on U1 of the Control Panel. The manual says the voltage
should be approximately 6 volts. However, my voltmeter tells me that
it's 5.2. Is this something to worry about? What do I need to do if it's
a problem?
