[Elecraft] VFO calibration - off air standard

If any of you guys want a circuit for an easy to make 60 KHz off air
standard, drop me an e-mail off line. I've been using one for a year and it
works fine, the outputs are 1 MHz and 10 MHz. Cost was around 40 UK pounds
in parts (that's around $60 US) and would include case, paint and plug top
PSU. There's not much to making one, but you do need a strongish signal on
60 KHz to drive it, I use MSF in the UK, but it all depends on where you
live as to how useful it would be.
