[Elecraft] Sidetone missing

I believe that there is a modification required before changing the sidetone
source.  I have not yet made the change myself.  Have you tried using the
menu to put the source back to the original.  If the tone comes back then
this is the reason.  After making the modification, the sidetone will again
be missing until you make the source change in the menu.

That is what I recall and I believe that this is in the A-to-B instructions
somewhere.
