A familiar component of New Years Eve is some nostalgic expression to =
the past, hence straight key night.  But straight keys can become =

Place: 25 KHZ up from the bottom of the band, plus or minus

Call:  CQ BN de (callsign)/(two number date designation of bug in use)=20
