[Elecraft] KPA100 Help PLEASE

I have completed the KPA100 upgrade but cannot get the K2 to recognize 
it. With a 20 amp supply connected I still get NO PA PS.  All my 
resistance measurement are within specs. I have 13.8 volts at various 
test points where I should have. Everything seems in order and all 
tests pass up to the point to turn on the K2 with the 20 amp supply 
connected.

I would suspect the communication between the K2 and KPA100 but I can 
make the PWR, SWR and TPA adjustments. The KIO2 option also works from 
the KPA100.

I need some help here. Ideas???
