[Elecraft] K2 resistance checks

In running resistance checks (page 20) on the K2 (#3104) control board with a RS autoranging DVM, the following are open:

Q1 collector is open.

Q2 collector is open

U6 pins 13 and 14 are open

U8 pins 2, 15, 16 are open.

Of the 13 check points, the above 7 are open; the other 6 points test in range.

A .462 average might be good in baseball, but in K2ing, it doesn�t make the team.. I�ve examined all solder joints, none appear cold; no bridges, and all pins are soldered. I was pretty cautious in parts installation, and I�ve double-checked diodes, resistor networks, electrolytic caps, and IC�s. When reading open, my DVM reads .0L. When DVM's testing tips are placed in contact, 00.0 ohms is reading. Suggestions would be appreciated.
