[Elecraft] OT: Testing Battery packs

    I have two 14.4 battery packs that came from a
Black and Decker FireStorm drill.  Is there any way
for me to test these packs ? one does not seem to take
a charge and may have blown out the charger.  It has
about 1.4 volts on the pack right now.  I opened them
up and it looks like 12 cells.  I'm guessing that
maybe one of them is bad, any way to tell without
taking them all apart ?
