[Elecraft] K1 Front Panel Mechanical Fit - problem?

Hi, any comments anyone?

I've just put together the K1 front panel assembly, and I've noticed that
the square holes in the front panel do not seem to line up with the switches
in the vertial plane..

When you look squarely at the front panel, most of the PCB switches are not
square in the panel holes.

It is easier to show a photo than describe it but for instance when you look
at the two switches at the top left, the top switch is offset off square
about 1 mm higher in the panel hole and the switch below is offset about 1
mm lower in the panel hole.

All the alignment problems are in the vertial direction.

The 2 leds, the LCD and the standoff screw fitting are aligned fine.

I thought it might be the switch caps offset in the vertical direction, so I
reversed them to no avail.

I can live with it, but it looks a *little* untidy.

Am I just being a perfectionist or could there be a production problem on
the PCB or the front panel?
