From a 'lefty' who has been there, if you can swing it, I'd urge you to
LEAVE the paddle (and K2) set up for normal RIGHT HANDED sending.
As you go from one hamshack to the next, you're going to find MANY more
paddles for 'righties' than for 'lefties'. You might as well learn to send
using THEIR format, so you don't always have to either re-wore or
reconfigure... OR turn the paddle around and send over the top, OR turn it
upside down.
There's no law of the jungle that sez you can't send righthanded CW with
your left hand... it's just HOW you learn to send it.
Granted, many rigs nowadays allow you to configure them for left- or
right-handedness, but you still have to change things around in order to be
able to send. It's still a pain.
Good luck with WHICHEVER handedness you eventually choose.
