[Elecraft] update on: ARRL 10m and K2 drift

Here a quick update. Today I played a bit in my "lab" (my YL calls it "messy
room"): calibrated C22, run CAL PLL and CAL FIL. Then I TX- and RX-ed with
K2 and Omni VI+ and vice versa and I still had 100Hz offset. Another quick
e-mail-exchange with Tom, N0SS, shed some light behind the problem. My
CW-Filters are centered at 700Hz and my sidetone was at 600Hz (St P 0.60).
Both MUST be the same! Read more in the "Owner's Manual" (Rev D) on page
94 - "Sidetone Pitch and Receive Offset".
