[Elecraft] 144 MHz transverter plans?

I'm looking for plans for a 144Mhz transverter with preferably a 28Mhz 
IF (to go with my K2 - obligatory Elecraft content :-).  I've scoured my
book collection and the web, and haven't come up with anything suitable.
Can anyone point me to sources? I know that there are several kits and
pre-built products available from companies like Ten-Tec and DEM, but I
would like to homebrew one.
