[Elecraft] IC pins

Radio Shack and others sell a simple plastic pin-straightener that works 
extremely well-on both the 14/16 pin dips and on the wider 24/28/40 pin 
ICs. A simple squeeze and it makes them all the same width, allowing easier 
insertion even on straight-from-the-tube/whatever new ICs whose pins aren't 
bent but are too wide to start with. I THINK it's conductive plastic... 
it's black, anyway, and I've never had an IC failure due to its use.
