Me too.  However, I noticed in Spectrogram that the actual width of the passband
wasn't a whole lot narrower when set at 100 than at 220 (which is the value I
finally settled on).  It seems that when you get to a certain point, the
attenuation increases faster than the width decreases.  So there's no reason to
go past that point.  I find that I rarely use even the 220 Hz setting, finding
400 Hz adequate for heavy QRM situations.

I should add that this experience is with the new matched crystal set from
Elecraft.
