[Elecraft] Straigthening IC-legs (was KAT100)

Conrad Elektronik, a company in DL, sells a small tool to straighten the
legs of IC�s up to 40pins.
You put the body of the IC on a bar with the legs hanging down
on each side of the bar. then you squeeze a handle against the bar/legs
on each side and straighten the legs this way. 
Since we are elecrafters, there should be no problem to build our own
tool made of 3 bars of wood or plastic.
