[Elecraft] K1 - external AMP - Antenna Tuner Question

Would there be any problem connecting the Elecraft K1 up to an External Amp? 
2 Watt in -> 20 Watts out?  Also what is the make Watts the K1 attenna tuner 
can handle? Would I be able to use the 20 Watt amp with the K1 & it's 
Antenna Tuner?

This question is kinda of topic, but I'm new to the CW world of Ham Radio. I 
don't think it breaks FCC rules to send an IP address during a transmission 
does it? Also would there be a CW shortcut when giving the IP address?
