[Elecraft] K2 DC note modification

Oh, I don't know, Eric.  My signal was criticized the other day for being 
so light (I use a 1.0 ratio) that it was very difficult for (him) to copy. 
I guess I shouldn't mention that this criticism came from an op whose fist 
was halting, turgid, inconsistent, and who sent easily 20% of his 
characters incorrectly (Rs instead of Fs, etc.) and who always sent the 
numeral 1 in my call as .----- instead of .----.  But, of course, that's 
probably all irrelevant.
