[Elecraft] Next?

1) DSP - has to come sooner or later.  It would be nice to have I/Q audio
outputs like the Campbel DC receivers.  If you haven't heard binaural
(misnomer but it stuck) CW (and ssb) you don't know what you are missing.
LMS notch and noise reduction plus downloadable filters would be ideal.
Skip the passband tuning.

2) 1 hz tuning and other VFO/BFO improvements along with filters that are
consistent across sidebands, etc. would be great.

3) open PIC source!  Everything else is open, why not the software!

Great radio.  All the above are nits.

When I got K2 sn 1520  in June of 2000, the  KPA100 was planned, the K1
was well on its way,  and the KAT100 was a strong rumor.  Now they're
all a reality (along with several other options for the K2).

As far as I know there are curently no new product developments
announced. What's in the job jar at Elecraft for 2003? (I'd vote for an
integrated vhf and/or uhf transverter?)
