Hi Gary:

I know how some folks who use window eyes and several of the other readers
don't care to have a bunch of quoting of their original comments when the
read thru e mail replies, so I will leave all of the original message
content at the bottom of the page where you don't have to scan through it.

There is a good chance that your ATU is currently set to the CAL P
(calibrate power) mode. Or possibly some other mode which doesn't perform
the actual tune operation but which is required for initial testing.

Initially, you may have to get sighted assistance to use the MENU and EDIT
features of your K2 to go to the ATU AUTO mode so that they ATU will
perform the tune function.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to gain an auditory read-out of where
you are when you are in the MENU mode. This makes it much more difficult
for non-sighted users I'm sure.

Good luck,

Tom Hammond N0SS
