Hi

I would think Q2 would be bad as it is connected to the BNC connector and
would take the RF into its collector. Check Q2 for 1.5 volts on the
collector, Q1 for 2 volts on the collector and 7.5 volts on the emitter of
Q3. Almost any small signal NPN transistor will work (2n3904, 2N2222,
2n4400). It is a good idea to unplug the paddle and/or mic or put the K2 in
test mode so you don't risk transmitting into the noise generator or any
other generator connected to the K2 for that matter.

If you don't have a transistor in your junk box send me a SASE and I will
send you some 2n3904's
