look at the picture....stare into my eyes...   just kidding

anyhow...look at the picture... that big blurry thing toward the rear 
center is a spool of wire which is spinning around thru the  toroid coil, 
unwrapping wire around the toroid as the machine turns the toroid around.
The wire , as the movie plays , is being wrapped on the toroid in the right 
rear corner, you can see the wire flapping around if you look closely.

And I have never seen a toroid machine before, but I have seen
a machine making coaxial cable, winding the braid on the center core.
