[Elecraft] Scratchy AF pot problem

I had this too,
I did the pot mod without replacing the pot and it didn't help much (except 
improve linearity ) and I had to go back and replace the pot as well. Now 
it's fine.
I guess some pots were just particularly noisy from the manufacturers.
