[Elecraft] PA Fan

Someone on the Reflector said that the KPA100 fan comes on SLOW and then goes 
to FAST when 40c is reached.  Something must be wrong with my K2 or I don't 
have the latest firmware, because my fan comes on FAST and never 
automatically comes on SLOW.  The only way I can get the fan to change speeds 
is to go into the KPA100 fan mode in the secondary menu and manually change 
speed with the menu.  If I set the fan (in the menu) to run SLOW, my 
understanding is that the fan will constantly run slowly every time the K2 is 
turned on, and it will go to FAST only if the heatsink temp increases to 40c 
and will turn off within 2 to 4 minutes after going below 37c.  My 
understanding is that SLOW is not an automatic cut on starting speed. I 
believe I have the latest firmware: K2 MCU 2.03d, KSB2 MCU 1.07, KPA100 MCU 
1.06 and IO controller 1.07 (U1 on the K2 RF board).  If I am wrong I would 
like to know, because something must be wrong with my firmware.  Roy Morris
