FW: [Elecraft] FW: Sidetone mods

The error was in the drawing of the termination of one resistor far removed
from the mod locations. I grounded RP7-7 instead of pulling it up to +5. It
was only even there to show the complete (er, partial) circuit.

I've ordered an 82mH inductor, but I bet we hear from Wayne before it gets
here<g>!
