Interesting this.  I walked the heatsink temp up slowly, checking by going
into "test" and then "tune" and no low speed fan, it came on high speed and
the 'sink read 37C.  Fan tests from menu selection are normal, slow speed,
high speed.  Fan set to "nor".

I retightened the PAs screws and the sensors much earlier on and then tested
them again just before the beacon run, no movement after the first tighten.
