[Elecraft] KAT100 can't remember 160 meter settings

I just verified this with my K2 and the FT KAT100.  Tuner settings for
160M seem to go away when you power cycle.  This is on my 160M loop which
is VERY stable so, I am 99.999% certain that it is the tuner and not the
antenna.
