Thanks, Wayne for such a prompt reply.

I do not have the counter probe installed when this all occurs.

I will check voltages further - so far have only checked those referenced in
"Alignment and Test, Part II".  The other normal suspects have been double,
triple checked; the toroids pulled, retinned, and reinstalled.
