[Elecraft] K2 S/N 3014

K2 #3014 is on the air!

I had a lot of fun building the set, got my General ticket in late Octobe=
r, and now am trying to learn how to be a good QRP CW operator. (I think =
building the K2 will prove to be easier than that!)

The only hitch in building my set was inadequate BFO range. Elecraft sent=
 me a new set of xtals that arrived within 2 days. They got the BFO range=
 up to a satisfactory 4.0 MHz. I really think the staff at Elecraft can r=
eally teach corporate America something about customer service!
