[Elecraft] K1 is alive.

Good day all.
K1 1408 is alive a running. I found that the problem with the howling was a
result of too many late night building sessions. I finished the kit only a
few hours before needing to leave on a business trip. I set it aside until I
got back, then started looking at it again. I had several good suggestions
from the list on where to start. Turns out that on the RF board, I had
forgotten to install Q10. Still not sure why it worked for the tune up but
not on the air. Also found an almost solder short on the pins of U8, so that
might have contributed to it.

It is QRV with everything functioning. Had planned on trying for a FOX, but
could not hear either of them when I was listening, just the hunters.
