[Elecraft] KPA100, KAT100 in EC2

this seems like the ideal setup; I've been trying to figure out what upgrade
path to take, and this is my answer.
Elecraft, how about selling the tuner in the full-height enclosure, in
addition to or possibly instead of the "with EC2 panels" option?
