[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS & ARRL 10m contest

Elecraft users,
The up coming ARRL 10-Meter contest (Dec 14-15) offers an excellent
opportunity to work towards your Elecraft W.A.S. achievement award. You
will find the Elecraft awards program at the web site (www.elecraft.com).
Look for the ARRL 10m contest rules at
http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2002/10-meters.html. There is a QRP
catagory.

This weekend (Dec 6-8) is the ARRL 160-Meter Contest. You can often work
the near by states on this band that you might find difficult on the
10-meter band. There is a QRP catagory, but most stations will be using
rock-crushing QRO rigs. Again, rules at the ARRL web site.
