[Elecraft] Builder Alert #19: part # for needed capacitor

If you need an 0.1-uF capacitor to implement alert #19 (C42 on the Control
board), please request Elecraft p/n E530011.

Chances are you can use any 0.1 to 0.5 uF capacitor you have in your junk box.
It must be a disc, monolithic, or other non-electrolytic type.
