[Elecraft] K2/100 w/KAT100 - Something you may find

Hi Dave:

It'd be red herring if I had mentinoed them... they were 'test' mods which 
no one else will probably ever see, and they had no bearing on the other 
problem.

As Wayne astutely pointed out, most folks will probably never see this 
problem... as it appears to only occur if you're powering the K2 from a 
source different from that of the KPA100 and maybe the KAT100 (which I am).
